  • Help international students navigate the world of finding internship or are looking for employment, etc.

Application Form (Applicant information)- Please submit the following required fields

Cost Per Participant: $7,000 for a 10-day Training/Excursion, not including International flight tickets. Cost includes the following Developing Trip itinerary and Invitation letters for participants Visa

Hotel: Luxurious Omni Hotel at CNN Center, Atlanta, Georgia

With a stay at Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta (Downtown Atlanta), you’ll be minutes from Georgia World Congress Center and Centennial Olympic Park. This 4-star hotel is within close proximity of CNN Center and Philips Arena.

We need a contract in place

The big outlays are the group’s hotel reservation and part payments upfront 

 A 10% down payment for logistics, including securing training programs professionals and field trips/excursion, as well as visa letters, if needed.

 It is due on or before the letters for the visa is sent.

 A 40 % down payment once visa is granted (due on or before 2 weeks of arrival) to secure lodging and training facilities

 The total down payment is non-refundable and enables us to cover the cost of logistics and signing agreements for hotel arrangements and training facilities that we cannot cancel without paying a penalty.

 The remaining 50% is due on or before arriving and before the first day of training. 

 We do accept wire transfer deposit to Global WIN, LLC. or credit cards (3% transaction fee)

The training comprises of training, basically 2 lecture sessions and a site visit each day followed by extra-curricular in the late afternoon evening. Below is a tentative schedule.

Your Responsibility

Inform of us of your desired training, area of interest, number of participants, and preferred area of training, determine training dates for exchange network or training program, including arrivals, training, tours and departure.

  • Determined Dates: The Training or Exchange – Network program average is 6 days and Training Program is 6 days or 7 nights including arrivals, training, tours and departure.

 Global WIN Responsibility

As your liaison, Global WIN will liaise and help guide YOU through all aspects of the training, excursion, exchange process. Global WIN will help guide participants through all aspects of the training and exchange process. We Consult, we plan, and assist in the following areas as well:

  • Room Reservations
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Budgeting and Contract
  • On Site Management
  • Tour Arrangements

We will initiate the training and arrange all meetings and activities, provide high-level guidance and coordinate the planning process up to completion including securing visa for all participants, as well as prepare invitation & sponsorship letter for the visa. 

  • Develop tour itinerary and provide preparatory sessions: Orientation prior to starting the training or touring to prepare participants for Local setting while a guest in the country
  • Manage and oversee program design and delivery for all capacity building-related activities targeted at capacity development of non-governmental and Governmental partners;
  • Provide high-level guidance and coordinate the planning process up to completion
  • Provide lead technical direction/technical assistance in activity planning for the program’s capacity development strategy;
  • Participate in program monitoring, evaluating, and periodic reporting related to capacity building;
  • Serve as a liaison to partners in the field, including government officials and local organizations
  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders in all aspects of project planning, monitoring, and implementation for all capacity building activities;
  • Work closely with selected local partners to ensure adequate capacity is built in various areas of the program
  • Liaise with other company
  • Provide lead technical direction/technical assistance in activity planning for the program’s capacity development strategy
  • Participate in program monitoring, evaluating, and periodic reporting related to capacity building;
  • Serve as a liaison to partners in the field, including government officials and local organizations

  • Plan global conferences in and outside Atlanta, Nigeria, Africa.
  • Coordinate official meetings of global leaders and welcome visiting foreign delegations.
  • Organize economic development training with experts from different communities in America
  • Manage and oversee program design and delivery for all capacity building-related activities targeted at capacity development of non-governmental and Governmental partners

Whether you are interested in exchange or capacity development or even seminars, conference, and workshop events in any area of choice: Economic development, health and medical, agricultural, environmental, etc., we will provide you with strategic planning and management.  

Global WIN will arrange & handle

  • Develop tour itinerary & Provide preparatory sessions:
    • Orientation prior to starting the training or touring to prepare participants for Local setting while a guest in the country including site tours, lectures, etc.
  • Participants travel arrangements including coordinating visas
    • Sponsorship letters to the American Embassy for Securing Visa for all participants
    • Delta airlines Lagos to Atlanta discount flight holder
  • Lodging accommodations
    • Arrange local transportation
    • Arrival-Departure protocols/Transportation: 2 – 15 passenger vans   1 SUV (National Rent a car)
    • Accommodation preferably in a 4-star hotel (the budget determine a low, medium, high level facilities and costs)
    • Feeding/ Food Nigerian (Bed and Breakfast)
  • Sponsorship letters to the American Embassy for Securing Visa for all participants
  • Number of delegates/Names of Delegates/Dates of Arrival needed for the sponsorship letter
    • Secured an agreement with Senator James or a member of Georgia House of Representatives that will write a letter of sponsorship for the delegates/VIP’s
  • Booking of Flight Tickets
  • Package deal with delta executive

Pre- Arrival Checklist

  • Release of the funding at least one month before the schedule training
  • Advance conclusion with the facilitators/trainers/institutions, etc.
  • Advance conclusion about trainers’ payment & training fees.
  • Securing accommodation for participants
  • Arrangements for buses to convey participants during the tour
